Sausages Bacon Hams Salami Black Puddings Crackle & Pop!

Sausages:
- Cumberland (top left)– a hint of herbs and nutmeg for this traditional sausage ‘Good solid flavour with a kick of pepper!’
- Hedgerow – Blackberry and Crab apple give this sausage a real autumnal, sweet flavour – ‘woody & earthy’
- Porkinton Banger (chipolata version bottom centre) – as its name suggests, a big, solid sausage, with a hint of mustard. Perfect for breakfast with a ‘good robust flavour!’
- Real Ale & Marmalade – The first of our Tipsy Pig range, made with local Real Ale and homemade Marmalade. ‘Sweet, delicious first taste’
- Tuscan (bottom left)– a sprinkling of fennel and a hearty quantity of chopped, sundried tomatoes steeped in olive oil are the base for this Italian Stallion! ‘A balance of flavours with a real kick of garlic’
- Welsh Rarebit – Fresh leeks and local, creamy Stilton cheese. ‘Great depth of flavour’

Bacon:
- Smoked Back bacon (top left curing in the bag) – Cold smoked for a real oak-wood flavour
- Coffee-cured bacon (dark bacon curing in the bag at the top of the picture) – Cured as the name suggests, in a selection of salts, spices and coffee grounds which are recycled locally. A real breakfast bacon, perfect with the Porkinton Banger!
