
The Cotswold Charcuterie (Cotswold Tipsy Pig) is a true family business. Founded in 2016 it is a modern Charcuterie but our aims are to produce a traditional, authentic artisan charcuterie using age old techniques and recipes combined with a modern twist.
The Cotswold Charcuterie currently uses locally sourced, rare breed pork with a longer term intention of using the original, local breed of the Oxford Sandy-Black for all products. Nearly everything we produce will be dairy and gluten free (and clearly labelled) and involve only fresh produce. In the longer term we aim to ensure a 5 mile field to production radius.
