The Cotswold Charcuterie
The Cotswold Charcuterie is a true family business. Founded in 2016, we are a modern Charcuterie but our aims are to produce a traditional, authentic artisan charcuterie using age old techniques and recipes, combined with a modern twist.

The Cotswold Charcuterie currently uses locally sourced, rare breed pork with a longer term intention of using the original, local breed of the Oxford Sandy-Black for all products. Virtually everything we produce will be dairy and gluten free (and clearly labelled) and incorporate only fresh produce. In the longer term we aim to ensure a 5 mile field to production radius.

Why Tipsy Pig?
Within the foundations of the Cotswold Charcuterie there will also be a range of Tipsy Pig products combining the same rare breed pork with more than a hint of alcohol. We are currently exploring: Whisky Mac, Bloody Mary and G&T.
