On Friday 21st October 2016 the Cotswold Charcuterie celebrated its first Cotswold Sausage Fest!Sausage Fest 2016

A select group of tasters were able to experience the six exciting new sausage flavours.  They were introduced to brand new bacons, including our unique coffee-cure bacon.  We ended the evening by celebrating removing the new ham from ‘Sally’ the Cotswold Charcuterie’s bespoke smoker!
